- Trim Hedges/Clean Plant Beds of Debris
- Move All Vehicles from Around the House
- Remove Any Clutter from Around the House
Interior:
- Vacuum/Sweep Floors
- Make Beds
- Remove All Clutter (Less is More)
- Clear Counter Tops
- Remove Refridgerator Magnets
We reserve the right to reschedule any photo shoot if we feel that the property is not ready to be photographed.
We do not want to waste your money by taking images of a property that is not presented at its best.
